A Positive and 'Majorey' opening to Small World - Everything is Tolerable gives a false hope for the future. This is not going to last. If this album were anything like Chuck’s other album it will shatter like glass at some point. However, there is no shattering. It actually stays interesting in this respect without growing stale throughout the track.



The name is pretty on the nose. Everything is usually at some level of tolerance, or we’d throw it to the side as a cultural whole/society, just like we do with everything else. So, the ‘purpose’ of this song, if I had to provide one, is to say it’s all actually miserable, but we can pretend can’t we?
