I owed the Small World a rock song.

It had been thrown all this sludge it’s way and I thought it high time we grabbed a rag and started scrubbing like I was the Pixies with a Trumpet sample. The simple progression driving this beast was like a drill, boring into your skull. It also left a frequent urge to ask the question - Wait, what comes next? You can count on the changes to have similarities in really notes alone. Otherwise, it’s a free-for-all where one instrument grabs this part a moment, this one grabs the third above that, and by piecing it together like Frankenstein’s Monster, eventually we have brought something together only for it to end. We salvage ourselves, lift our heads up high, only to be torn down again in our hour of deepest need.

Gear Used – Majority is MIDI Software Instruments along with one Apple Loop, chopped up.
